Kickboxing Fitness is a heart-pumping workout that is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! This class is a mix of strength and cardio in which shadowboxing and kickboxing with gloves and pads make for a fast-paced, fun workout. You will sweat, laugh, and make new friends!

As an ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, I work with Athletes of all ages and levels. I will develop a sports specific periodization training schedule that will meet your specific needs and help you reach your goals.
Sessions can be 30-60 minutes in duration.
I also offer Buddy Package rates so that 2 or more athletes may work together and share the cost of training.
